Here is a Facebook posting tip that will help you get more free traffic from Facebook.
Do what I am about to share with you and you will get more engagement, more traffic and make more sales all for free using Facebook and other social media platforms.
It’s been proven time and again that social media users respond to images more than any other type of post.
– Images get an 87% fan interaction rate on Facebook (no other post type gets more than 4% interaction, maybe 7% on a good day)
– Pictures get 53% more likes than text posts
– Graphics get 84% MORE CLICKS than text posts
People like to SEE things, so show them something…
More engagement on your Facebook posts means more PROFIT for you in the long run.
This is one way how you take advantage of free traffic
Because I’m feeling generous here is another tip for getting more free traffic from Facebook.
I will get straight to the point…. Facebook hate links that take people off Facebook.
If you put your link (website, blog, affiliate link, etc) in a Facebook post even if it has an image in it Facebook will drastically reduce the amount of people who see that post.
Plain and simple… do not put links that take people away from Facebook in a post unless you are willing to pay Facebook to show it to people.
Facebook is a business and their main product for sale is Advertising, the longer Facebook can keep you on their site the more that make from Advertising.
So if Facebook, hate external links, how do you put your link on Facebook and still get people to see it?
Great question, glad you asked 😉
There are two methods I am going to suggest here…
First method, is to put your link in the first comment of the post and tell people where to find it.
The Second method is to put a broken link in the post.
You can put the link as normal but put a space after the [ . ] and between the [ com ] so for example if I was to put the link to my blog it would look like this www.samstone. co this way Facebook doesn’t recognize it as being a link.
The downside is that the link is not clickable and people will need to remove the space to view the website, however, this can be part of your call to action and once your followers are ‘trained’ they will know exactly what to do.
There are a couple of ways you can use Facebook to get more clicks, leads and sales for free.
